The NSL03 Bullnose Aluminium Stair Nosing is part of the Commercial Slimline range, designed for use in commercial and industrial applications where durability, safety and a clean finish are essential.
Manufactured from AA 6063 T6 aluminium and anodised to DIN 17611 standards, the NSL03 features a single channel design with a coloured standard PVC insert offering excellent slip resistance in both dry and wet conditions.
This profile is produced in a 3mm gauge, making it ideal for installations with vinyl, linoleum and medium carpet floor coverings. The bullnose front edge provides a smooth, rounded finish to enhance step visibility and protect the stair edge from wear and damage.
Tested to DIN 51130:2010 (R11) and BS 7976-2:2002 Pendulum Test standards, the Standard PVC insert achieves:
With stock lengths available in 2.46m, 2.77m and 3.22m, the NSL03 can also be anodised and cut to length upon request. Available in finishes including Mill Aluminium (80), Black (16) and Bright Brass (86), with a wide choice of PVC insert colours.
Important: Do not use solvent cleaners on aluminium. Clean inserts with neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly before allowing foot traffic.
