Our couriers will usually try to deliver your order twice. If no one is available and the delivery is missed through no fault of ours or the courier, we may charge a redelivery fee to cover the extra costs. If the parcel is returned to us, return and redelivery charges may apply.
To avoid missed deliveries, please provide an address where someone will be in to receive the order, or use the courier’s options to rearrange delivery.
If you’d like to arrange delivery for a specific day, let us know before dispatch. While exact time slots aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery Queries, Damage, Missing Items and Proof of Delivery (POD)
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible. Delays in reporting may prevent us from being able to raise a query with the courier.
Please check your items as soon as they are delivered and report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights
We’re usually able to request a Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier up to 28 days after the original delivery date. After this time, POD requests may no longer be possible.
