Refund and Returns Policy

At Express Nosings, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our returns process.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted subject to the conditions set out below.

Consumer (B2C) and Business (B2B) Orders

  • Consumer (B2C) orders Consumers have the right to cancel eligible purchases in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No-fault returns (such as change of mind or incorrect order) apply only to consumer transactions.
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) orders No-fault returns are not normally permitted for trade or business customers. Returns will only be accepted where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly by Express Nosings.

a. Return Period (Consumer Orders)

For consumer change-of-mind returns, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your items if you wish to cancel your order.

Once a return has been authorised, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.


b. Condition of Items

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in pristine condition, as received.


c. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.


d. Damaged or Faulty Items

We ask that any damage or faults are reported within 24 hours of delivery, where possible, so that we can investigate with the courier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Photographs of any damage must be sent to the office email address listed in the Contact Information section below.

Please note that delivery insurance claims are subject to a limited timeframe.


e. Products Cut or Drilled to Specification

Products that have been cut to size or drilled to specification are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly by Express Nosings.


f. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders (Consumer Orders Only)

Where a consumer customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

This provision does not apply to B2B transactions.


g. Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised in advance. Please visit our returns centre to begin the process. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.
