The NFL04 Flexible PVC Stair Edging is a robust, one-piece nosing designed to deliver dependable slip resistance on stairs. Its flexible PVC construction makes it ideal for escape routes and other low-traffic interior environments where safety and durability are essential.

With dimensions of 50mm tread and 30mm riser, the NFL04 profile provides a neat and effective edge finish when used alongside resilient floor coverings such as vinyl or linoleum. Supplied in 2.75m standard lengths, it offers ease of installation and long-term performance.

The profile is recommended for dry, indoor settings and features a slip-resistant ribbed surface to help reduce the risk of slips and falls.

Dimensions may vary by up to ±5mm in line with supplier manufacturing tolerances.

Ensure all steps are dry, clean and level prior to installation.
If the NFL04 is pre-drilled, use the existing holes to mark drilling locations on the step.
Drill and plug the marked positions.
Apply a suitable adhesive to the underside of the nosing.
Position the NFL04 onto the step and secure using appropriate screws.
If required, insert pip or covering strip to conceal screw heads.
