The CAT BN59/SL Brass Stair Nosing is a single channel, slimline stair edge profile designed to deliver both durability and slip resistance in commercial and residential environments. Manufactured from solid brass, this high-quality nosing enhances stair safety while providing a refined architectural finish.

With a 59mm tread and 30mm nose, the BN59/SL is ideal for medium to heavy foot traffic areas, including offices, schools, retail environments, and hospitality settings. It can be installed directly onto stairs or used in conjunction with resilient floor coverings such as LVT, vinyl, linoleum, rubber, and Bolon flooring.

This versatile stair nosing is available with a choice of high-performance inserts, including Castellated PVC, Smooth Textured PVC, Brass BTI, and Olympic Grip, each offering varying levels of slip resistance (SRV) to meet project requirements.

Manufactured from Solid Brass Grade CZ108, the BN59/SL is supplied in CAT’s four signature finishes including Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Antique Brass, and Antique Bronze. Profiles can be supplied drilled or undrilled.

Designed to butt neatly up to flooring finishes, this nosing provides a clean, professional edge while protecting stair edges from wear and damage.
