The X-Range straight stair nosing is engineered with a specialised mechanism that keeps the insert securely in place, providing optimal exposure to the leading edge of the profile. This increased contact with the slip-resistant insert enhances foot grip, helping to minimise the chances of slips, trips, and falls, particularly on staircases that need to meet Approved Document M and BS8300-2:2018 standards.

By default, the profile comes in a Mill finish, but anodised and powder-coated finishes are also available on request, giving additional customisation options for different project needs.

Dimensions may vary by up to ±5mm in line with supplier manufacturing tolerances.

Genesis Frontier NXFS05 Straight Safety Stair Nosing 62mm x 33mm x 2.77m

Ensure the steps are clean, dry, free from any debris, and that they are level and even.
If your nosing is pre-drilled, use the drill holes to mark the steps for accurate drilling locations.
Drill the necessary holes and insert plugs into the steps.
Apply a suitable adhesive to the underside of the nosing, then press it firmly onto the step.
Secure the nosing by screwing it down with screws of the appropriate size.
If the insert is separate, fit it over the screw heads, or use insertpip to neatly cover them.
