Hidden Mechanical Pivot System with Versatile Base Fittings
Effortlessly bridge floor transitions with our innovative hidden mechanical pivot system. Designed to simplify installations, it accommodates depth differentials of up to 20mm and seamlessly transitions between different floor coverings.

Fitting Options for Easy Installation:

• TCR: Cover and Drill Fitting
  Ideal for ensuring clean and secure transitions, the TCR fitting is simple to install:
  1. Confirm the TCR profile width covers the gap and the floor coverings are level.
  2. Drill 6mm diameter holes at 25-30cm intervals (for 1.85m profiles) or 15-20cm intervals (for 0.92m profiles) to a depth of 2-3cm. Start approximately 5cm in from each end.
  3. Attach PVC fixing plugs to the profile’s top cover section by sliding them into the runner on the underside, aligning them with the drilled holes.
  4. Push screws into the holes, apply gentle hand pressure, and tap the profile into place with a rubber mallet if needed. This secures both floor coverings seamlessly.
• TCG: Multiflex Gripper Base
  Use the TCG gripper base with the TCR cover strip and included pegs to accommodate a variety of floor coverings.
• TCC: Multiflex Universal Base
  For versatile applications, the TCC universal base pairs with the TCR cover strip using the provided pegs, ensuring a secure fit across various floor types.

Top tip (universal base): If you’re finding the clips a bit tricky to push in, try tapping a red clip in upside down with a rubber mallet, then remove it. This gently widens the slot, making it easier to push the profile with the clips into place, as shown in the instructions.
