The CAT BN1SLR15 Brass Stair Nosing is a premium solid brass stair edging designed for durability, safety, and a high-end finish. Featuring a serrated slip-resistant tread, this profile enhances grip underfoot, making it ideal for both commercial and residential applications.
Manufactured from solid brass (CZ108 grade), the BN1SLR15 incorporates a ramped back edge and a reduced square back riser, ensuring a neat transition between flooring surfaces while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. With a 62mm tread and 15mm nose, this profile provides excellent coverage and protection to stair edges.
Suitable for installation directly onto stone, timber, ceramic, laminate, LVT, vinyl, and lino stairs, this versatile nosing can be fitted either directly to the step or over resilient floor coverings. It is designed for heavy foot traffic environments including hotels, retail spaces, schools, and offices.
Available in CAT’s four signature brass finishes, the BN1SLR15 can be supplied drilled or undrilled to suit your preferred fixing method. Each profile is cut to size (up to 2700mm) and offers excellent longevity with 100% recyclability.
