The CAT BN59R/SL Brass Stair Nosing is a slimline, single channel stair nosing featuring a raked back riser, designed to deliver both durability and enhanced slip resistance in demanding environments.

Manufactured from solid brass (CZ108 grade), this high-quality stair nosing is suitable for medium to heavy foot traffic areas including commercial buildings, retail spaces, hospitality venues and residential developments.

The BN59R/SL is engineered for direct fixing to stair substrates or installation alongside resilient floor coverings such as LVT, vinyl, lino, rubber flooring and Bolon systems. Its slimline profile ensures a clean, professional finish while protecting stair edges from wear and damage.

Available with a choice of high-performance inserts including Castellated PVC, Smooth Textured PVC, Brass BTI and Olympic Grip, this nosing provides excellent slip resistance and design flexibility to suit various applications.

The profile is offered in CAT’s four signature brass finishes and can be supplied drilled or undrilled depending on installation requirements. Each unit is precision manufactured and cut to size for optimal fit and finish.
