The AR6 DHC Stick Fix Aluminium Ramp is designed to provide a smooth transition between adjoining floor coverings with differing floor heights while protecting vulnerable floor edges from damage and wear.

Manufactured from high-quality 6063 T6 aluminium, the AR6 DHC features a 38mm visible surface width and accommodates height differences of up to 6mm. It is ideal for both domestic and commercial flooring installations where a neat, professional finish is required.

This version is supplied with Stick Fix® double-sided adhesive tape pre-applied to the underside, providing a fast and convenient non-mechanical fixing solution. Installation requires no visible fixings, making it perfect for finished floors where drilling is undesirable.

Part of the Designer Home Collection (DHC), the AR6 DHC is available in eight premium decorative finishes to complement modern flooring schemes. Suitable for use in hotels, cafés, offices, retail environments, public buildings and high-quality residential projects.

Available in 900mm and 2715mm lengths. Manufactured from fully recyclable aluminium. Product specifications include a 6mm internal height and 38mm visible surface width.

Dimensions may vary by up to ±5mm in line with supplier manufacturing tolerances.

Installation – Self-Adhesive Version

Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, grease or any contaminants that may affect adhesion.
Complete the flooring installation, leaving the appropriate gap between floor coverings as required.
Measure and cut the profile to the required length.
Peel back a small section of the protective backing from the adhesive strip.
Carefully position the profile and check alignment before fixing.
Gradually remove the remaining backing while pressing the profile firmly into position.
Apply even pressure along the full length of the profile to ensure maximum contact with the floor surface.
Avoid heavy traffic on the profile for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive bond to fully develop.

For best results, installation should be carried out at normal room temperature. Profiles are supplied with a protective film applied to the visible surface, which should remain in place until installation is complete.
