High-Quality Professional Aluminium 40mm Door Threshold

Our premium Aluminium 40mm door threshold is designed to be adjustable in height and can tilt to accommodate different floor levels. It comes with both small and large clips to suit various flooring heights, ensuring a seamless finish for any type of floor.

This threshold is perfect for joining wood, laminate, tile, and other flooring types, providing a flawless transition between different surfaces. It can be easily cut to size using a hacksaw and secured to wood or concrete subfloors with nails or screws.

Installation Instructions:

1. Ensure the cover is wide enough to bridge the gap between the two floor coverings.
2. Secure the Aluminium base using contact adhesive or mechanical fixings.
3. Slide the appropriate sized clips onto the cover, positioning them 2-3cm from either end and spacing the remainder evenly.
4. Align the clips with the base and apply even pressure to lower them into the channel. Once secure, use a rubber mallet to achieve the final position.

Top tip: If you’re finding the clips a bit tricky to push in, try tapping a red clip in upside down with a rubber mallet, then remove it. This gently widens the slot, making it easier to push the profile with the clips into place, as shown in the instructions.
