Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Returns on any items purchased from our auctions will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:
a. Return Period
- Please notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the items. Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
b. Condition of Items
- The item(s) must be unopened and in pristine condition as on arrival.
c. Return Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs, except in the case of a faulty product.
d. Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
- In order to be entitled to a refund for any damaged or faulty items, we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.
- Photographs of any damage must be sent to our office email found in the Contact Details box on this page.
- There is a limited time frame on delivery insurance.
e. Special Order Products
- Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage. In any other case, they will not be accepted for return.
f. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
- Where the customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of the return of the goods.
